In the Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Leadership and Administration at NMSU Global Campus, you’ll receive graduate-level training that prepares you for leadership positions in a variety of healthcare systems.

Among the various topics you get to study in this flexible, affordable program, you’ll learn how to synthesize scholarly evidence to promote high-quality practice, and you’ll gain a conceptual understanding of the legal, social, political, and ethical factors that influence the development of health policy.

While your coursework is done completely online, our program still offers a highly interactive learning environment. Not only do instructors engage with you through various means of telecommunication, but you’re even given opportunities to participate in fieldwork projects. The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Leadership and Administration consists of 32 credits. The degree option is available to nurses who possess an RN license and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
