This is an exciting time for secondary education in New Mexico. Students in the Secondary Education program at NMSU can become eligible for the State of New Mexico's Teacher Preparation and Affordability Scholarship as early as their second semester in the program, once they are accepted into TEP. The Teacher Preparation Affordability Scholarship is available through the Office of Financial Aid and is automatically awarded to students who are eligible.
