The Master of Data Analytics program provides you with a deep understanding of data management and analysis, computational and statistical thinking, and computer systems.
In this interdisciplinary program, you’ll learn how to apply the theories, methodologies, and tools of various fields — including mathematics, statistics, and computer science — to diverse data-rich domains, such as life science, medicine, physical science, social science, engineering, business, and education.

The Master of Data Analytics program is composed of 30 graduate credits and offers two possible options. Students may choose to pursue the general Data Analytics program or to complete the program with the Digital Agriculture concentration, which requires 12-14 credit hours in that area.
The admission requirements for the degree program include:
- A 3.0 GPA
- A personal statement
- A resume
- An unofficial transcript
- A minimum mathematical preparation level of Linear Algebra (MATH 2415: Introduction to Linear Algebra) or an equivalent course (such as E E 200: Linear Algebra, Probability and Statistics Applications)
